November Goals. October was a tough month in this house especially for me!
Ok, its ok, you can put the small violins away, it was disappointing but I’m taking many positives from it also!
I spend quite a lot of my time, look backwards. Whether that be because I’m trying to catch up on things I’ve missed. catch up with blogging or YouTube always look backwards! So much so I miss today.
October look back and breakdown
I didn’t manage to complete any goals I set in October. Heres Octobers goals post
I did, however, make progress with my vitamin deficiency. I’m actually feeling physically and mentally better than I’ve felt in a long time!
I’ve made progress with my son’s ongoing illness after years of struggling we are finally getting support from the school nurse and other departments. (I don’t want to go into this too much, for his own privacy, so I’ll just say, going to the loo problems, chronic problems, which have bothered him since he was 6 months old!
I dropped out of blogtober and didn’t stick to my blog posting schedule 🙁
I did, however, start experimenting with social media automation 🙂
I’ve also learnt more about myself and how I blog this month than the whole time I’ve been doing this type of work. 🙂
As you can see, there have been good and bad points throughout the whole month.
No more looking back!
I always set to many goals. Putting far to much pressure on myself, well not any more.
I discovered that there is a fine line between challenging myself and overwhelming myself when I set goals. So I’ve set some goals I feel are just enough of a challenge to motivate me but not too much to overwhelm me.
What I`ll then do is build on these monthly goals month on month making them just a little more challenging each month.
So here are Novembers goals.
Stick to posting schedule 3x weekly Mon, Wed & Fri.
Plan out Nov & Dec content in advance.
Continue using SmarterQueue and Tailwind.
Try to enjoy using social media, every day, all month.
Have 100 items listing on eBay by 1 Dec.
Other Money Making
Aim to earn £5 a day. (£150 by 1 Dec)
Meal plan and shop with a list
Bring the family budget up to date.
Tackle and tame our washing pile.
Stay into if household cleaning.
Start making plans for Dec and Christmas.
That’s it for November, my plan is to hopefully achieve these goals, build my confidence and build on the goals in the months to come.
How do you set and achieve your goals? Do you find it easy or a little difficult from time to time? I think we can all overwhelm ourselves sometimes.
I think the most important thing to remember is, no matter what, don’t give up. Rework your plans and ideas, but keep on trying and eventually, you will get there, wherever there is for you.
