Within this policy, I will lay out some of the different types of paid work I accept on the blog and on my social media channels.
I do accept paid sponsored posts and collaborative posts, I will make it clear within the post which ones are paid or sponsored or a collaborative effort, by stating “this post is a Sponsored/Collaborative post” or “this post is in collaboration with” if the post is on social media I will use the hashtag #spon or #ad, so it is clear.
Even though I am getting paid to write these types of posts, I will only ever accept these if they are a good fit for my blog and/or my readers. I will always give my honest opinion and recommendations. I will be honest because I want to make a success of my blog and am passionate about blogging and genuinely want to help people so would never do anything that put my blog in jeopardy.
I do use affiliate links on my blog and within my social media channels. This means that I use third-party companies, who supply me with links to place on my blog/social media channels. If you click on these links, they will take you to an online retailer or service, and I may receive a small percentage of the purchase that you make, at no extra cost to you, it does not add anything onto the price you pay as a customer.
As I run this blog and all associated social medias as a business I find many different ways to monetize. On my social media channels if a link/post is an affiliate link I will make it obvious by using a hashtag such as #ad or #aff. I only ever use affiliates I believe are a good fit for the blog or my readers.
I would never do or promote something just because it is paid, it has to be a genuine fit for the above mentioned. If the link is within a blog post, it might not always be individually marked, however, the post will state either at the top or bottom that it contains affiliate or referral links.

I will on occasion if offered a suitable item, review items on my blog. These items may have been sent to me for free, with the agreement that I write about it, or post about using it on my social media channels. Or it may be sent for free and I may also be paid.
If a review is of this kind, I will always state within the post that I have received this for free for a review. It makes no difference to me if I review an item that is sent to me free or I buy it, love it and then review it off my own back, either of these scenarios will deliver the same results, my honest and constructive feedback.
I can assure you, I would never accept a free product to review if I didn’t think it would fit within my blog and my readers. I can also assure you if I receive a product for free, I will be completely honest, I can’t be swayed by freebies.
