Autumn and Winter Candles – it’s only recently that I’ve discovered the joys of a scented candle!
I’ve decided to take a look at some of the candles I’ve either recently used or that I’d like to try.
At this time of year, we tend to get a whole host of new scented candles out in the shops. As well as your normal autumnal scents, such as Halloween which has a sweet, candy type smell to the cinnamon and spice scents; they are also bringing out the winter and Christmas candles around now too. Gingerbread, winter berries and all those wonderful delights!
So here we go let’s take a look at some scented candles currently out in the shops!
I loved prepping for this post, tootling around various shops, sniffing scented candles, ok, saying that out loud sounds weird but honestly, it was so much fun!
I only ended up popping into Home Bargains and Asda to look at the candles. However, Id love to take a trip to Preston where there is a Homesense. Homesense has a brilliant selection of scented candles, so when I do visit ill let you know what I pick up 🙂
I’m defiantly getting myself a scented candle advent calendar; the ones in Home Bargains are really good value for money. Plus having used a few of the Wickford & Co candles I know they have a really good strong scent, so for the price they are amazing!
How about you? Do you love yourself a good old scented candle? Do you have them around the house or just in one room. I have friends that only use them in the bathroom, whereas I have them dotted all around the house. Please do drop me a message to let me know I’m quite nosey! Hehe
