4 interesting and topical blog posts I`ve read this week – this week I’m taking a look back at some of the blogs that have helped me learn something new or that I have particularly enjoyed.
I genuinely believe we could all spend a little longer, dedicating some time to learn something new, if not every day then at least weekly?
This week I’ve been tackling various topics so have visited quite a variety of blogs, here’s a few that stood out…..
My first interesting and topical blog post,
WPBeginner has a wealth of information on it about starting and building a blog, as well as earning money online and developing an e-commerce site and much more!
No matter whether I do a Google search or go directly to WPBeginner; the answer is always on there somewhere. It’s a brilliant site!
Ruth Makes Money
I really enjoy Ruths Blog – there are definitely some interesting and topical blog posts on Ruth’s site!
I’ve spent a bit of time on Ruth’s blog this week due to considering restarting matched betting. If you don’t know what matched betting is Ruth explains it really well
Another reason why I love reading Ruth’s blog is that she covers topics I haven’t seen anyone else cover. Yes, she also covers topics that other bloggers do cover but even those posts are written in a way that just makes you want to keep reading!
So even though I specifically visited to find out some bits and pieces I needed refreshing, regarding matched betting, I spent a good hour reading lots of other posts too!
So if you’re looking for a cool and up to date blog so you can increase your earning potential online then Ruth has got you more than covered!
Mels Money Saving and Bargains
I don’t have a specific reason for visiting Mel’s blog such as learning something new. I like to pay a visit to some blogs, just to drop by, have a catch-up and see what’s new.
Mel’s blog is one of my just drop by to catch up because I love reading her posts blogs! This by no means, indicates there is nothing to learn or topical on Mels blogs. Its packed full of useful, interesting articles that will help anyone who is investing time into getting there
As well as keeping up to date with Mel’s blog; I have to recommend Mels social media’s. If you’re a bargain hunter or have any morsel of frugality in you, you have to, at the very least follow Mel on Instagram!
Why? You might ask. Well, Mel has this sixth sense, a super power if you like for hunting out bargains! If there is a sale or price drop Mel is on it and sharing it just for us!
Next up is Vix Meldrew another brilliant blog that I’ve followed for a short time.
I visited the blog this week as I really needed to get my head around the new ASA and CMA guidelines regarding transparency when posting about brand collaborations.
Vix post “properly
Just as a side note and as Vix suggests in the post. It would be sensible to read the actual guidelines as well, they are not as complicated as you might think.
Vix article is one of the easiest to understand and because there are examples within the article it makes it so much easier
Well, that’s it for now, I will on occasion post other blog post round ups. I read A LOT of blog posts within a week especially when I’m researching a new project. I just need to improve on my commenting! :-/
If you have read a post or article that you thought was amazing and deserved a bit of extra love, either get in touch via social media or send me an email at email@example.com and I’ll reply and check them out and maybe include them in my next round-up. I don’t believe in leaving people out. So no matter how long they have been active, no matter what their DA is if they are interesting, and posting good content that’s good enough for me!
